Sono dipendente della Regione Emilia-Romagna dal 1982. Ho lavorato nell'Assessorato alla Formazione, Lavoro dal 1985. Mi occupo di inclusione e dei temi afferenti alle problematiche sociale e lavoro dal 1994. Laureata in Pedagogia presso la facoltà di Magistero di Bologna, sposata, ho due figlie.
