Joined European Research and Educational Programmes. Ph.D in “Geomatics and Territorial Information Systems” 2004/7. Thesis, papers and scientific works have been published in National and International Cultural Events, Magazine and Journals since 1993 (topic: Geomatics and Novel Technologies).
